Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, and all major credit cards.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are licensed & insured.
Q: Do we need to be home when you come out to give us an estimate?
A: The homeowner does not need to be home, we simply need to walk around the perimeter of the house. We can email, text or leave the estimate sheet at the front door.
Q: Is payment required the day of service?
A: For most residential work we require payment upon completion.
Q: Do we need to be home to have the windows cleaned?
A: It depends. If we are only cleaning the outside of your windows and you don't have screens on the windows then there is no need for you to be home. If we are cleaning the outside of your windows and you have screens we will need the homeowner to be present at the time of service or the homeowner needs to have previously removed the screens before our scheduled visit. If we are cleaning the inside & outside of your windows you will need to be home.
Q: Do you clean the window sills?
A: Yes, we clean the glass and wipe the window sills.
Q: Do you use any chemicals that can cause damage to our tinted windows?
A: No, and we do not scrape the windows if they have tint installed on them.
Q: Do you remove any paint from the windows?
A: Yes, we will remove paint over spray or splatter as well as adhesive residue and any other stubborn debris that cannot be removed by a simple wash.
Q: Do we need to move any furniture from in front of the windows?
A: We will move any furniture that is in the way of us cleaning the windows or doors at the time of service. You can certainly assist us in that matter if you wish, however, it is not necessary.
Q: Which do you clean first the inside windows or the outside windows?
A: When we arrive we will remove any screens if necessary and open all the blinds and/or shutters on all the windows. It is beneficial to us to clean the inside of the windows first and then move to the outside
to finish the job.
Q: My windows are painted shut can you get them unstuck?
A: If your windows are stuck due to a recent paint job Clean Freaks Enterprises, LLC will do our very best to then get them unstuck. Although we have about a 98% success rate at opening paint stuck windows there are some circumstances that prevent us from accomplishing this task, therefore, we cannot guarantee this service.
Q: How far in advance are you usually booked up?
A: In most cases a it is just a couple of days but, during the busy season it may be as much as week.
Q: What type of Pressure Washing Services do you offer?
A: We pressure clean the exteriors of homes, all concrete, stone entry ways, driveways, walkways, patios, sidewalks, decks, fences, and gazebos.
Q: Do we need to move any of the furniture or plotted plants before your arrival?
A: No, we will move any furniture, potted plants, or cover any plants that need to be covered.
Q: Do you use any chemicals when you pressure wash the driveway?
A: We only use water when we pressure wash your driveway. If you driveway has oil stains or other stains that are hard to remove we will use chemicals to remove those stains, but only when absolutely necessary.
Q: How much pressure is used when you pressure wash my home?
A: We use very low pressure when applying our cleaning solution on your home, slightly higher when removing the solution.
